Day Seven

France: L'argentierre

Friday 11th July

Awoke to a beautiful blue sky again Johnathon and I started the day with a swim, sauna, and jacuzzi in the wellness centre before a breakfast of pain au raison and my usual fix of caffeine. The rest of the day was a lazy one it clouded over later in the morning and so we spent some time reading catching, up on e-mails and the blog. In the early evening we cycled down into Largentiere to have a stroll around the village and take in the evening market, but somewhat un impressed (no food so little to keep us interested) we where soon cycling back up the hill back to the campsite.

A game of badminton accompanied by some SVB and it was soon time for another fabulous meal at the Auberge. I had the ardechoise salad and roast chicken, cheese and crème brule J had similar, washed down by there jolly decent house white, “c’est parfait!”
